Biala is managed by a local Board of Management elected annually.

We are funded through Home and Community Care (HACC), a joint State and Federal Government program which provides services for people with a disability, the frail aged, and their carers. The aim of the program is to enable people with a moderate to severe disability to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

We have a team of qualified staff and volunteers.
